Sunday Stanza: Poem Eight-Small But Mighty By Hannah Williams

A grain in the Sahara is me.
Take a handful to see.
That I am distinct.
But me and the sand dune are linked.
For a heap of sand forms the sand dune.
Ready to dance to the wind’s tune.
For importance lies in each grain of the Sahara Desert sandstorm.
Collectively, we radiate the beauty of the sand dune’s form.

I am small but mighty.
Do not take my contributions lightly.
Don’t overlook me because I’m tiny.
For without me we can’t dwell highly.
